The County submitted a proposal to the County Council for adoption. The new process will not only be streamlined, but it will also consolidate building, grading, driveway, plumbing and electrical permits. As proposed, residential property owners will have an option to increase the size of the structure and/or re-orient the structure, if their lot size allows. The proposed process will also allow affected parcels to construct new structures, in compliance with Title 19 and other applicable regulations.
