Lahaina ByPass Phase 1C - Early Environmental Scoping Public Meeting

The Hawaiʻi Department of Transportation and the Federal Highway Administration are holding one in-person and one virtual Early Environmental Scoping Public Meeting in July for the Lahaina Bypass (Phase 1C) Project. You are invited to attend one or both meetings to learn about the project – including the project need from a transportation perspective – and to share input.
